Reza Razeghinejad, MD, presents a case of a patient with a history of trabeculectomy and hypotony with a large overfiltering bleb and choroidal effusion. He demonstrates his technique for draining the choroidal effusion and using compression sutures. The surgical video shows Dr. Razeghinejad creating a full-thickness triangular scleral flap to allow for effusion drainage through the scleral window.
