Dr. Finklea outlines his approach to this case, including IOL exchange and implantation of an artificial iris prosthesis. He demonstrates conjunctival peritomy and the creation of a corneal scleral tunnel to avoid limbal scars and access the anterior segment to remove the existing IOL and implant a PMMA lens.
