A 75-year-old woman with a history of pseudoexfoliation syndrome underwent successful cataract surgery 7 years ago. Recently, the patient presented with a decrease in vision, and the IOL-capsular bag complex was found to have dislocated completely and fallen into the vitreous cavity. Sadeer Hannush, MD, shows how he retrieved the IOL-capsular bag complex and secured a new IOL to the scleral wall.
