The patient presented with corneal edema, a traumatically dilated pupil, and a dislocated IOL. Dr. Syed outlines the challenges with performing Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) in such cases and shares an efficient technique to enlarge the capsulotomy, stabilize the IOL, and perform the DSEK procedure.
