IOL Won't Center

Show Description +

Dr. Suven Bhattacharjee presents a normal, moderately dense cataract case in which a toric lens won't center. Aside from a slightly pear shaped capsulorhexis and a "jerky" IOL insertion, nothing seemed remarkable. After insertion, the toric lens drifts and rotates on its own so it is explanted to and the cause is investigated.
