Dr. Roberto Alejandro Guerra shares his video of a patient with previous surgery for traumatic cataracts secondary to blunt ocular trauma, which now has hemovitrous and inferior iris defect of more than 180 degrees. A combined 23G PPV and pupiloplasty were performed in order to accelerate the patient's recovery.
