@Khawaja: Very good presentation and straight to the point. Keep it up! @ Raoul Reyes: How would you assess for early recurrence? I think it would be wise to not suture the lids until follow-up has established absence of a recurrence then you can deal with the cosmesis. Thank you.

I usually suture the remaining upper eyelid to the lower eyelid for better cosmetic results.
