Williams, MD, review a case of a patient with diabetic macular edema (DME) who developed steroid-induced glaucoma after intravitreal DME treatments. The patient initially responded well to selective laser trabeculoplasty, but now presents with cataract formation. Dr. Shah describes his approach to this case, performing phacoemulsification with iTrack Advance (Nova Eye Medical) canaloplasty.
