The patient had a history of cataract surgery and iStent (Glaukos) implantation and additional subconjunctival surgery with Xen Gel Stent (AbbVie) 5-7 years ago. The patient also claimed to have difficulty complying with topical drops due to Parkinson disease. The three physicians discuss options for safe pathways moving forward to manage this progressing glaucoma.
