Yesterday I presented at Retina Subspecialty Day for the first time phase two results of IQ410. It's a one-time subretinal gene therapy for dry macular degeneration. These were a small study done on 51 subjects, 17 in a control group, 17 in a high dose, and 17 in a medium dose. We found that the medium dose had relatively good and positive results. We showed, for example, that there was almost a 30% decline in growth of the DDAF in the medium dose compared to the control group. The high dose didn't do that well. We also showed consistent with the decrease in DDAF, we showed that on OCT, the RPE loss and EZ loss decreased with treatment. Based on the strong results of this study, IQ410 at the medium dose is now going to go on to a phase three study. This study has already started enrollment. I'm truly looking forward to a one-time gene therapy as opposed to monthly injections for my patients with geographic atrophy.

Thank you for your time.
