Removal of a white traumatic cataract with zonular dehiscence. In this case the anterior capsule is fibrotic and the capsulotomy needs to be cut with micro scissors instead of a torn CCC. A CTR and CTS is used to reposition the lens/bag complex and then an iris repair performed.
