Tal Raviv MD, FACS, presents the case of a traumatic cataract with severe zonular dialysis and loss. Dr. Raviv starts the case with a 25 gauge transconjunctival pars plana vitrectomy which all him to access the prolapsed vitreous with the AMO WhiteStar Signature system. The capsular bag is stabilized with an Ahmed Capsular Tension Segment (CTS).
