Mohamed Abdalla M. Salih, MD, FRCSEd, shares the case of a traumatic cataract caused by a thorn prick. The patient presents two weeks after injury with complaints of severe pain and light perception vision. On exam, a shallow anterior chamber and possible anterior chamber rupture was noted.
