Can we combine the procedure with cryo instead of indirect laser especially if the sub retinal fluid is more

The chance of suprachoroidal haemorrhage is exceedingly high with such a procedure and risks an uncomplicated RD from becoming a complicated one.

If you are speaking of hemorrhage in high myopic staphyloma while doing Suprachoroidal macular buckling (using the catheter not the cannula) it can happen as we showed minor hemorrhage at our early experience with it , at the edge of the staphyloma in 2 out of 63 patients with high myopic staphyloma( myopic Holes and schisis) . And there are ways to avoid that, and there is a learning curve. But if you are speaking of cannula buckling for peripheral breaks it’s unlikely with the olive tip as there is no trauma to the choroid (visco-dissection) and we have not seen any case happing for Suprachoroidal buckling for peripheral breaks . so I disagree
