Show Description +

In this video we show how a pinhole effect may allow a vitrectomy to be performed, even with hazy media, a small irregular pupil, and a cataract. Using the right lenses and correct magnification, a double peeling of an epiretinal membrane and internal limiting membrane was performed on a patient with partial thickness macular hole.
