This HD video demonstrates problems with the "Bright Ocular" version of a cosmetic iris implant. Just like previous cosmetic implants, sight threatening problems can develop days, months or years following the initial surgery.
Here, a modified and simplified removal technique is demonstrated with minimal trauma to the eye. As previously stated, these implants are best avoided and if in, they should be removed to prevent further damage.
