Using the divide and conquer technique, the posterior subcapsular cataract is removed with the Stellaris System through a 1.7- to 1.8-mm incision. After cortex is removed with I/A and the capsule is carefully polished, Dr. Hunkeler inserts a Crystalens IOL into the bag.
