A 90-year-old monocular patient presents with an in-the-bag lens dislocation. As the video title suggests, the surgeon, Jason Jones, MD, is beset with problematic bubbles that pop up throughout the procedure. The IOL is bisected with Packer/Chang IOL Cutters (MicroSurgical Technologies), removed, and 3-piece IOL is inserted. A challenging intrascleral IOL fixation is performed with a double needle Yamane technique.
