PXF Dislocated IOL, IOL Exchange with Gortex Sutured IOL

Show Description +

Michael Patterson, DO, shares the case of a gentleman who presented with a dislocated IOL and bag complex with vitreous into the anterior chamber. The decision was made that the bag/lens complex was too unstable for fixation to sclera so the IOL was explanted and an Akreos AO60 IOL (Bausch + Lomb) lens was fixated with gor-tex Suture.
