Anterior capsular phimosis is an uncommon late outcome following cataract surgery. It is caused by fibrosis of the capsulorhexis margin and is seen in cases for complicated cataract surgery. In this video, we demonstrate the case of a patient with chronic angle-closure glaucoma who developed anterior capsular phimosis a few months following surgery.
