In this video, I demonstrate my technique of pterygium excision. The case is that of a large pterygium extending over the pupil. I have done a pterygiorhexis, followed by removal of tags from corneal stroma, excision of the remaining pterygium and finally an autograft with fibrin glue. [No narration]
