Shane Havens, MD, and M. Reza Razeghinejad, MD, shares the case of a 47-year-old male who presented with a 3 wall orbital fracture and hyphema following blunt trauma. Anterior segment OCT and UBM demonstrated 270 degrees of cyclodialysis with anterior chamber narrowing and choroidal effusion. Management of the large cleft is shown in this video.
