[No narration] This is an eye that was traumatized and underwent pars plana vitrectomy with laser and lens removal. Aphakia, mydriasis, and glaucoma resulted from the trauma. This videos shows the repair using a modified Yamane technique, single-pass-four-throw iris repair, and goniotomy.
