we all can do good surgery and get into a muck of trouble in a hurry. getting out well is the sign of great surgeon. saw the iris flop characteristic of a compromised capsule @ 1:16. nice recovery. although, may have been better served with a controlled PPV if bothered enough by posterior segment issues. again, appreciate your transparent integrity with willingness to post such efforts
