Show Description +
The first case in this series of challenging surgeries performed by Dr. Suhas Haldipurkar involves a spontaneously dislocated hypermature cataract, that is removed via quick chop and horizontal chop under VisCoat in the AC. To complete the case, the IOL is fixated to the posterior side of the iris. In a separate case of faulty wound closure, decentered IOL, and PC rent, and IOL exchange is performed. The third case shows the management of a recurrent iris cyst and partially absorbed cataract.
