This case demonstrates a patient with IFIS who's pupil came down prior to IOL insertion. The video demonstrates the use of Healon5 to expand the pupil, then the insertion of Healon regular to inflate the bag for IOL insertion (not shown). The video concludes with OVD removal post-IOL insertion with the iris billowing at the main incision. [No sound]
