This surgical video demonstrates a successful correction of lens tilt using an endolaser, resulting in improved visual acuity and stable IOL positioning in a patient with postoperative IOL tilt. The surgeons say laser treatment of the haptic-optic junction represents a promising approach for addressing and preventing IOL tilt following secondary scleral-fixated IOL implantation.
