The zonular stress is my focus and all of these rotating techniques are causing the bag to absorb torsional and vertical stress. Not ideal no rotation techniques practiced on every eye will save you the occasional patient when your going to have zonular loss. Central groove deeply, split, engage and bring the right then left fragments to the iris plane and chop and remove. Les instrumentation as well.
