Dear Dr Cohen Nice technique. How do u avoid refractive surprises in SF IOL Pl rgds Dr B Khare

Most patients need some adjustment of their glasses after the surgery. Since it is the IOL that was previously in the eye and since the IOL is in about the same place it was previously, the change in refraction is not usually significant.
