There are many ways to deal with it, including viscoelastic, sphincterotomies, mechanical stretching, Maluygin Ring (MST), Bhattacharjee Pupil Expansion Ring (Mahdu Instruments), but all options are associated with some complications. In this video, the authors demonstrate a few tips on insertion and removal of a Maluygin Ring.
