The IOL with holes on the optic available in my country is manufactured by ROTHO. However currently I am using hydrophobic single piece IOL by MBI, ALCON an ABBOT USA, and ZARACom Turkey. Recommended Overall diameter is 13.00 mm and optic is 6.00 mm. You can tie the suture easily at the point of maximum convexity.

which IOL have you selected for the SF IOL ..it has holes on the haptic for fixation. Very few companies manufacture these now . Do you prefer such PMMA nonfoldable IOLs or you use foldable 3 piece IOLs as well in such cases
