Renfeng "Rena" Xu, MD, PhD, shares a case of a patient who was referred for a subluxated PCIOL. The patient had uneventful phacoemulsification years prior followed by a YAG capsulotomy. Recently, the patient noticed monocular diplopia and blurred vision. Examination revealed over-sized capsulotomy-induced IOL subluxation. The decision was made to perform IOL exchange with a three-piece CT Lucia using Kim's trailing haptic first Yamane technique. The case demonstrates the combination of two scleral fixation IOL techniques on the same patient.
