John A. Kanellopoulos, MD, demonstrates an anterior chamber intraocular lens removal in a patient with Axenfeld-Rieger, PBK, and uncontrolled glaucoma. After Dr. Kanellopoulos removes the remnant cortical material with a vitrector he implants a retropupilary Artisan IOL and an Ahmed valve.
