A PCIOL-capsular bag complex is dislocated in the postrior vitreous. The video presents the removal of this dislocated complex via pars plana vitrectomy, followed by reimplantation of an Akreos IOL sutured at the sclera in four points, using needleless Gore-Tex sutures.
