Rare Case of Retrolenticular Pseudohypopyon

Show Description +

Surgeons share a case in which a 60-year-old man presented with intermittent loss of vision in his right eye for 6 months and a history of uneventful cataract surgery 2 years prior. Examination showed dense, white, turbid fluid accumulated between the IOL and posterior capsule and dense, gray deposits at the bottom of lens capsule. It was diagnosed as late onset capsular bag distension syndrome and laser posterior capsulotomy was performed.
