PXF and a Loose Bag

Show Description +

This eye presents the typical signs of loose zonules when striae are noted as the cystotome touches the capsule. A J cannula is used to improve hydrodissection. After phacoemulsification, cortical material is delivered (rather than stripped) to avoid zonular stress.
