Placement of a MIGS device can be challenging due to the learning curve. In addition, many patients have varying anatomy impacting visualization. This video teaches a novel technique to assist in placement of a MIGS device during cataract surgery. Other pearls are explained to guide a surgeon to successful placement of the device into Schlemm canal.

Nice job Scott. I have a lot of narrow palbebral fissures and found a hands free prism fits better but I cut off the right side if it’s flange for right handed insertion sites to avoid inserter bumping prism.
