This surgical video demonstrates a method for pars plana lensectomy and how to plan and execute the placement of an IOL. In cases where we anticipate capsule instability, we set up for adaptable lens implantation. Our lens calculations always include four choices: a single-piece intracapsular IOL, a 3-piece sulcus IOL, an anterior chamber IOL, and a scleral sutured IOL option.
