This is a response to the comment about the risk of infection. It may appear in the video that the applicator needlie might get cllose to the lashes but if go in temporally there is still plenty of room to malt the beveled incision. If you have worries about a certain patient make sure you scrub the lids well with betadine and you can use a drape to get the lashes off the field. In fact this is how it was done in the trials and how it is shown in the corporate video.
