OVD Irrigated From the Clear Corneal Incision

[No narration] During routine closure of the clear corneal incision with irrigation into the corneal tunnel and slight depression of the posterior lip, a minim of OVD that was stuck in the tunnel is dislodged and enters the anterior chamber, subsequently allowing proper closure of the incision. Had the stroma been aggressively hydrated, this OVD remnant might have remained undetected.
