Old School Meets New School: ECCE to Glued IOL

This is a 95 year old patient who presented to the clinic with phacomorphic glaucoma with the intraocular lens completely pressed against the cornea, the iris appearing tangled in the lens. After taking him to the operating room the following week, his lens has dropped posteriorly. You will see 3 trocars with retrieval of dislocated crystalline lens, then a subsequent Glued IOL.
