Very nice video of an elegant surgery! All secondary IOL's have their advantages and disadvantages. Dr. Rachitskaya rightly points out that it is critical not to tie the Gore-tex suture too tight, as there are increasing reports of MX60 haptic fracture secondary to tension from Gore-tex suture (see below.)<br /><br />Chen K, Sun C, Sun M.
