Altan A. Ozcan, MD, reports a case of severe subluxated crystalline lens, which was managed by phacoemulsification, a Cionni endocapsular ring and intraocular lens implantation. Implantation of Cionni tension rings in patients with subluxated lenses is a safe procedure to center the capsular bag and intraocular lens.
