with the ring in place i would clear out the viscoat from behind the lens then add additional viscoat in the pupillary area.remove the 4 rings and suspent the ring the the viscoat positioning 1 ring slightly in front of the would so that when you enter and open the grasp the ring is ready to catch and while ithdrawing plaace a hook over the ring not allowing the rings to escape.feel its less traumatic
