Iris-Sutured IOL

In this case, we treat a rigid IOL subluxation (PMMA) in the eye of a patient with myopia. We have chosen to suture the lens to the iris to avoid sudden changes in IOP and wide incisions required by other techniques that could lead to a retinal detachment.
