Roberto Alejandro Guerra, MD, presents IOL repositioning in a trauma case. A luxated foldable IOL secondary to a blunt trauma in the right eye is repositioned in the ciliary sulcus throught an small pupil in a safe manner using a 20-gauge technique. This approach takes advantage of the flexible nature of the IOL.
