Management of a dislocated white cataract with pars plana vitrectomy is performed with the use of the Centurion phaco handpiece as a fragmatome. A 3 piece intraocular lens was fixated intrasclerally using posterior segment instruments such as the 23G trocar to create the sclerostomies and scleral tunnels as well as the Grieshaber end grasping forceps to exteriorize the haptics.
