Whats the smallest incision size that you could insert this IOL through?

In this video I am inserting it through a 2.4mm incision. Agree with you Jay it's ideal to keep the trailing haptic within the shooter.

the trailing haptic is best kept within the shooter during insertion to avoid the unwanted twist to the left as well as the conjunctival touch. See Dr Oshika's video
