Great video, methodically presented; just don’t recommend finishing with an IOP around 25 - 30 mmHg, otherwise we can be surprised with (often irreversible…) mydriatic paralysis on the after day. In our last 10 years practice, less than 15 mmHg at the surgery very end, acetazolamide 250 mg 5 to 6h post surgery - avoiding first IOP peak, and a second pill 8h after the first one is highly adviceble.
