good case but i think still unsafe to have a leading tear with high intralenticular pressure,it`s better to finish even a very small rhexis,aspirate liquid cortex ,add more visco elatic,here you can proceed safely my point is that spiral way wouldn`t prevent extension if intralenticular pressure is high

good case but ? think it is better grasping the capsul from proximal to minimise the radial tears.
